The Supreme Court once again advised PTI to return to the Assembly

The Supreme Court advised the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to go back to the assemblies once again.

According to private TV "Hum News", a case was heard in the Supreme Court against the acceptance of step-by-step resignations of members of the National Assembly of Pakistan Tehreek Ansaf. Yes, PTI has an estimate of what the costs of the by-elections on 123 seats will be. People have been displaced by the floods, they have no water to drink and no bread to eat. People from abroad are coming to help the victims.

See also the economic condition of the country. PTI's lawyer told the court that Imran Khan collected 13.5 billion rupees for the flood victims.

Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial while advising the lawyer of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf remarked that they should not be hasty, they are giving another chance to think, take instructions from the party. Justice Athar Manullah has given a decision after reviewing the law in depth, this kind of interference in the Speaker's work is a very difficult task for the court. Lawyer Faisal Chaudhary told the court that Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri had accepted the resignations of Tehreek-e-Insaf, if the resignations are accepted, they cannot be confirmed again. Like what happened on the motion of no confidence.

Justice Ayesha Malik remarked that there is no name of any member whose resignation has been accepted in Qasim Suri's decision, how can Tehreek-e-Insaaf come to court as a party? Resignation is an individual act of the members. The Chief Justice remarked that in the affairs of the state one has to proceed with dignity and tolerance.

Lawyer PTI Faisal Chaudhary said that no member except Shakur Shad has refused to resign, elections cannot be held in any constituencies? The Chief Justice inquired whether the Speaker had ever been asked why he was not confirming the resignations. ,

The speaker has his own procedure. How can we interfere? , each institution has its own capacity, there is a complete system for general elections, the turnout in by-elections is also low. The order of the High Court clearly stated that the approval of phased resignations of the Speaker is legal, apparently the Speaker's Article 69 may be affected by the interference with the jurisdiction, satisfy the court what is lacking in the order of the High Court.

The court gave another chance to PTI to prepare a case against the acceptance of phased resignations.
